1. What's the difference between single and double valves?
For single valve bag, gas get in and out from the same valve ; For double valve bag, one valve for air outlet, another for air inlet, it is more convenient to use and to clean the gas collection bag.
2. What is the air bag made of?
Film material: aluminum foil composite film; Valve material: polypropylene
3. What is the diameter of the valve and the size of the silicone tub?
The caliber is 5*7mm, and the silicone tube is 5*7mm.
4. Application scope of gas production:
It can contain chemically stable and chemically weak gases (inert gases). Such as: petroleum cracking gas, natural gas, coal seam gas, soot gas, atmosphere, process reaction gas and nitrogen, hydrogen, oxygen, argon and other inorganic gases. Can collect the percentage of hydrogen (H2), oxygen (O2), nitrogen (N2), carbon monoxide (CO), carbon dioxide (CO2), industrial gases, petrochemical gases, environmental gases, greenhouse gases and so on.
5. Whether the air bag can be reused:
Reusable, clean with pure air or high purity nitrogen or pre-packaged gas. Three gas displacements are recommended.
6. How to use aluminum foil sampling bag to collect gas sample?
The equipment commonly used is a gas sampler (i.e., a gas sampling pump) or a double bulb.
(1) gas sampling pump sampling: gas sampling pump with air inlet and outlet, with one end of the silicone tube connection gas sampling pump outlet, the other end connection aluminum foil sampling bag valve (to open the valve first), at this time, press the gas sampling pump start key. You can vacuum it.
(2) double ball sampling: connect one end of the double ball to the valve of the aluminum foil sampling bag, and pinch the ball with your hand to enter the aluminum foil sampling bag.
7. What is the inflation pressure?
10kpa(suggested not to exceed this pressure).
8. Puncture sampling frequency of valve:
Normal needle can be inserted five times, more than the number of times need to replace the silicone pad.
